The manual week — every follow-up typed by hand
The tools are not the problem. The setup is.
Most owners pay for ChatGPT or Claude, poke at it for a week, then go back to typing everything by hand. Not because AI can't do the work. Because nobody wired it into the work.
Caliber / installed
That wiring is the whole job. It's what Caliber does.
What gets installed
Real systems in your real accounts. These are the five we install most; your Game Plan call decides which ones earn their keep.
Follow-up that never sleeps
Every lead gets a reply, a reminder, and a next step. Drafted for your approval before anything sends.
lead in → draft → your approval → sent
Intake and scheduling on rails
New clients book, fill intake, and land on your calendar without a single back-and-forth email.
booking → intake → calendar
A content engine in your voice
One idea in, a week of drafts out. Posts, emails, and captions that sound like you wrote them.
one idea → a week of drafts
Paperwork drafted before you ask
Proposals, invoices, and summaries assembled from your notes, ready for review.
your notes → ready-to-send documents
A Monday-morning report
What came in, what went out, what needs a decision. One email, every week, written by your systems.
every system → one weekly email
How an engagement runs
The Game Plan call
A working call, not a sales pitch. We map where your hours leak and pick the two or three systems worth installing first. You keep the map either way.
The Setup Sprint
One or two working sessions, at your desk or on a screen share. We build in your real accounts, around your real clients and your real week.
Handoff and support
You get a written playbook anyone on your team can follow, plus 30 days of direct support. Want us on call after that? Most clients do.

Work with Caliber
Every engagement is flat-priced and quoted before any work starts — no hourly meter. What it costs depends on what we build, so you get one clear number on your Game Plan call.
Setup Sprint
Where most startThe core engagement. Done with you, not handed off to you: we design, install, and hand over working systems in one to two weeks.
- Two or three systems built around your actual workflow
- Everything connected to the tools you already use
- A written playbook your whole team can follow
- 30 days of direct support after handoff
Your flat quote comes at the end of the Game Plan call, based on the size of the build and what we agree to install.
Custom Build
For larger operationsFor larger operations and deeper builds: multi-system automation, custom integrations, and team training.
Scope and price depend on the size of your operation and how involved the build gets, so every Build is quoted individually after your Game Plan call.
Ongoing support
After the Sprint, most clients keep Caliber on hand for fixes, tuning, and new automations as the business changes. Flat monthly rate, scoped to what you need, cancel anytime.

We run on this ourselves.
The systems we sell are the systems that run Caliber: research that harvests and scores itself weekly, automated run reporting, and a content pipeline drafted by the same AI we install for clients.
Ask to see them live on your call. Client case studies will be published here as the first engagements wrap.
Fair questions
Anything else, ask on your call or write to us. The privacy policy covers how your information is handled.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is set up with you, in plain English, on tools you already use. The playbook you get assumes zero technical background.
What tools do you work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, and the software you already run: your inbox, calendar, spreadsheets, CRM, booking, and invoicing tools. We connect what you have rather than sell you new subscriptions.
What does the Game Plan call cost?
Nothing right now. It is a working session, capped at a few per day, and you leave with the map whether or not we go further together.
How long does a Setup Sprint take?
Most Sprints run one to two weeks from Game Plan call to handoff, with one or two working sessions inside that window.
What happens to my business data?
It stays yours. Systems are installed in your accounts, not ours, and anything you share with us is handled under our privacy policy.
What if something breaks later?
Every Sprint includes 30 days of direct support. After that, ongoing support covers fixes, tuning, and new automations as your business changes.
Book your Game Plan call

- We map where your hours actually go
