This policy explains what information Caliber Integrations("Caliber," "we," "us") collects through caliberintegrations.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are a small consultancy based in Indiana, United States, and this site is intended for United States visitors. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to respond to you and deliver our services, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
- Contact and intake details you submit. When you use our contact or booking form we collect your name, email address, business name, and whatever you write in your message.
- Scheduling information. When online booking is enabled, appointments are handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email, chosen time, and answers to booking questions.
- Payment information. If you become a client, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares only what we need to invoice you (name, email, payment status).
- Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use third-party cookies and does not track you across other sites. It gives us aggregate page views and approximate location at the city level.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your Game Plan call.
- To prepare the materials for your call, including a short written plan based on your intake answers.
- To invoice and deliver services if you become a client.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
AI processing of your intake answers
Part of preparing your Game Plan involves AI. Text you submit through our intake form may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API to draft an initial plan. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, that text is not used to train their models. Anything drafted with AI is reviewed and edited by a human before it is sent to you.
Service providers we share data with
We use a small set of processors to run the business. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides analytics.
- Cal.com handles appointment scheduling.
- Stripe processes payments and invoices.
- Anthropic processes intake text to draft plan materials.
- n8n runs our internal automations, which may move your contact details between the tools above.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become engagements: deleted within 12 months of last contact.
- Client records: kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting records (typically 7 years for payment records).
- Analytics: aggregate only; no personal profile is retained.
Your choices
Email us at hello@caliberintegrations.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored promptly.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and accessible only to the people who need it to serve you. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we keep the surface area deliberately small.
Children
This site is for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
Our services are offered to United States businesses and this site is not directed to visitors in the European Union or other regions. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes (new categories of data, new sharing, new purposes), we will update the effective date above and post a notice on this page before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications may be made by simply updating the date.
